Special Features

The ENVIROTHERM ESP was chosen as the best available technology to remove the aerosols, fine particles and SO₃ from flue gas as part of a gas cleaning plant. The flue gas cleaning is based on the regenerative Wellman/Lord process (SULFROX) forming sodium hydrogen sulfite. The hence recovered rich gas is directly processed into elemental sulfur which is produced by the CLAUS process (Redotherm). Therefore the demand on the purity of the cleaned gas downstream of the Wet ESP is very high.

Design, supply, erection and commissioning of the filter, ducting, access, and insulation with turnkey responsibility for the project.
