Special features

ENVIROTHERM’s Wet-ESP-technology was chosen as the best available technology to remove the sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide aerosols with an efficiency of > 99,8 %. The filter casing with a diameter of approx. 4,4 m was lifted in a single piece through the roof opening into the existing steel support structure and set into operation within 7 days.

Design, CFD gas flow analysis, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning and acceptance test measurements by a certifiyng body (TüV) of the Wet-ESP.
